CHAPTER II.

Article 8.

Organisations.

The Committee of the Head Society shall

be organised by the committee members of the

Head Society, and the President and vice-President

shall be elected by the Committee of the head

Society..

Article 9

Their term of office is two years.

Duties of the committee of the Head Society

(A) To plan and reform all the works of the Society

and rerer them to the Executive Committee for

enforcement.

(B) To elect the Secretary-General and members

of the Executive Committee.

(C) To examine, amend and promulgate the regulations,

plans, etc., made by the Executive committee.

(D) To add and/or delete the constitutions of this

Society and its branches.

(E) To supervise the Executive Committee.

Article 10. The Executive committee mamebrs are elected

from amongst the committee members of the Head

Society.

Article 11. The Executive committee's meeting is to be

summoned by the Secretary-General, who shall be the

chairman of the said committee, and shall enforce

all resolutions.

Article 12.

Duties of the Executive committee.

(A) To nominɛté working members of this society.

(B) To draft plans and regulations.

(C) To accept the suggestion brought forth by

upwards of 5 members and approved by the members of

the Head Society.

(D) To supervise the administrations of the branches.

(E) To control the standing affairs of the Society.

(F) To attend the committee meetings of the Head
