as a deliberate breach of our law but it also is an evasion
of the payment of just fees to Cable and Wireless Limited,
who are alone entitled, in this Colony, to transmit such messages. I am consulting with the police and the law officers
on the case and, subject to Government's concurrence, propose
to take out a summons against the manager of the National
Resources Commission.
The latter appear to have two addresses:
