With reference to my confidential
7 telegram No.113 of 30th March, 1939, I have the
honour to forward for your information a copy of
a preliminary report by the Postmaster General,
Hong Kong, on the seizure of unauthorised wireless
transmitting apparatus at Tai Po in the New
Territories of this Colony on 27th March, 1939.
A further communication on the result of the
Police Court proceedings will be addressed to you
