a detailed report of "SIU'S Af air" im ediately.

1123 at 25 says that newspaper reports have been

handed to YEUNG TSZ HUNG to bring to Hong Kong,

and that plans for continued attacks will be

wired after they have been mapped out.

Enclosure 31 is from 1123 giving short

report of attempted assassination.

KUNG at 32

says there is no way of proving who attempted the assassination and gives instructions that

hand-grenades be used in future.

Enclosure 33 is from 1123 and gives

reason why a revolver was lost in the attempt.

The 'modus operandi' is to be changed, and he

asks for an increase of 12 men, 6 Mauser pistols

hand-grenades, and hatches, and an increase of

$1,400 per month for expenses.

KUNG answers at

34 that this amount is too much and that the

hand-grenades can be obtained from 1124.

Enclosure 36 is from 1123 and 1124

saying that the requests made in 33 are essential.

Says that 1124 possesses Mauser pistols and asks

if they can be issued. In a minute at the

bottom of the message it quotes that 1124's

Mausers should not be issued as the Police may

have record of them.

Enclosure 38 mentions that two of

SIU SIK KWAN's bodyguard had offered to assassinate

him for $150,000. It also mentions the 'Cause
