sir,
I submit a report of an attack upon junk
3870 H.0. which took place at about 16.00 hours on 12th
October, 1939.
It is alleged by the master that the Japanese
set his junk afire inside territorial waters off FAN LAU
Point, Lantau, S.W., outside Colonial waters.
The junk is practically a total loss valued
$1,000.00, nets destroyed valued $500.00, clothing valued
$100.00.
