I have to transmit to you herewith a copy of
a despatch from His Majesty's Consul-General at
Shanghai regarding expenditure incurred in 1937 by
the Shanghai Refugee Committee in Hong Kong on behalf
of Czechoslovak nationals and to request that you will
take the necessary action with a view to recovering
the sum of Hong Kong $1964 from the German Government.
