With reference to your letter of the 27th

May, 1933, in reply to the charge against you, set out in my letter of the 15th May, 1933, I an directed to inform you that it is not proposed that any further steps should be taken, in this connection, with a view to your dismissal from the service.

At the same time, His Excellency directs me to state that he considers your action in this matter to have been in a high degree reprehensible, and to convey to you a severe reprimand.
