Rent allowance is not paid, but in the event of
overtime being worked for four or more hours, a meal
allowance of $1.50 is granted.

The firm will at the end of every period of 12
months service of each employee, credit his account with
half a month's salary. The amount so credited will carry
no interest.
No employee shall be paid any sum under this
scheme until or unless he shall have served ten years with
the firm calculated from the commencement of the scheme i.e.
