balance of this fund at the end of the year would revert
to general revenues on the assumption of full
responsibility by the Government. If this is approved I should be inclined to favour the showing of the
Association's future expenditure in detail in the annual
estimates, in the same manner as has been done in the
case of the Broadcasting Committee, which until this
year operated on a block grant. That point will,
however, be further considered.
