and that the administration of the National Library

in Pekin was being carried on from Hong Kong, ac-

commodation for the purpose being provided by the

University.

12 Dr. Sloss said that he had suggested to

Sir Henry Moore that a spare copy of the Hong Kong

University Report should be sent to Mr. Howe at

the Foreign Office. I do not know whether this

has been done. Dr. Sloss has a few spare copies

of the Report if any are wanted for communication

to the Foreign Office before the discussion.
