Victoria in this Colony, being a Public Servant, to wit, a
Clerk in the Senior Clerical and Accounting Staff at the
Hong Kong Government, did embezzle the sum of $11.00 received
by you by virtue of your office.

Robert George Witchell on the 18th February, 1938, at
Victoria in this Colony, being a Public Servant to wit a clerk
in Senior Clerical and Accounting Staff of Hong Kong Government
did embezzle the sum of $4.00 received by you by virtue of your
office.
