He will be responsible for the preparation of returns in
connection with finance.
He will see that records are maintained up to date at all
times and that the various volumes, etc., are where necessary
serially numbered and arranged in chronological order and
ready for inspection when required.
He will maintain an efficient system for recording all
matters sent to Passports, Finance and Leave Office for noting.
He will be responsible for the proper performance of all duties.
