With reference to my despatches Nos. 9 and
13, I have the honour to enclose a further brief
report on Japanese activities in Kwangtung and
Hainan Island, as revealed by the Formosan Fress
and other local sources of information.
2. It includes a report on the annual general meeting of E.. Zukudai Koshi (Fukudai & Co., itd.,)
whose formation was reported in my despatch no- 76
of November 6th, 1939, and whose activities in
Pukien and wangtung have been referred to frequently
in recent despatches.
