notification has been made.
The preceding paragraph is also applicable
when the representatives of religious body, or of a
religious society, have failed to make a report in
accordance with the provisions of Article 18 (including
cases when it is applicable mutatis mutandis by Article 25),
or when e false report has been made, or when the repre-
sentatives of a religious society have failed to make a
report in accordance with the provisions of Article 24, or
when a false report has been made.
The provisions of Articles 206 to 208
of the Code of Procedure in Non-contentious Cases shall
apply mitatis mutandis to police fines under the two
preceding paragraphs.
Article 29.
Supplementary rules.
The date of enforcement of this law
shall be determined by Imperial Ordinance.

to religious bodies).
Articles 31 to 36. (Provision for application of the law
to (Shinto or Buddhist) sects, temples, et cetera, existing
at the date of enforcement of the law and formalities to
be observed by them in order to obtain recognition under
