Blair worked as House Surgeon at St. Stephen's Hospital for a period of 6 months, during which time she had opportunities of gaining experience in general medical and surgical work, midwifery and gynaecology. has assisted at a number, and done a few major operations under supervision and has worked in the Out Patient Department.
