With reference to Mr. Graham Dixon's letter
No. B.6832/38, dated the 29th October 1938, I am
directed to forward herewith ten copies of a summary
of exports of arms and ammunition, aeroplanes and
explosives etc. through Burma to China during the
period ending the 15th December, 1938.
