The Colonial Secretary, Hong Kong, presents
his compliments to the Under Secretary of State for
the Colonies, London, and with reference to his secret
note of 9th February, 1939, on the subject of returns
of war materials exported to China from Hong Kong, is
directed to forward herewith seven copies of the return
for the period 29th January, 1939, to 11th February,
1939.
