With reference to my despatch No. 18
of 17th April I now forward a copy of my despatch to
His Majesty's Ambassador, Shanghai, No. 41, transmitting
particulars of the Chinese Government munitions transported
from Lashio over the Burma-Yunnan motor road up to 9th
