Sir,
I have the honour to acknowledge the receipt
of your confidential (2) despatch dated 24th March, 1939,
regarding the Arsenal Yard, and to inform you that there
is no objection to the extension of the undertaking not
to sell the landward portion of the yard without first
informing the Admiralty to cover the whole of the
property.
