Chinese Postal Administration has requested
permission to open sorting office in Hong Kong. This would
greatly facilitate handling of mails for South China.
Analogy exists in the case of the Chinese Government
telegraph office situated in the Colony. Please telegraph
earliest whether you see any objection to grant of
facilities.
