No.27 of 1923, a copy of which is enclosed,

intituled "An Ordinance to Regulate the

Practise of Veterinary Surgery". This

Ordinance has since been amended in certain

respects in compliance with the considerations

set out in paragraph 1 of this despatch,

but the provisions of Section 4(4) have not

been altered.
