(a) any person who is a fellow or member of the
Royal College of Veterinary Surgeons
(b) any person who possesses a veterinary
qualification granted by a self-governing Dominion entitling the holder to practise veterinary surgery in such Dominion provided that such qualification is recognised by the Governor-in-Council
(c) any person who possesses a veterinary
qualification recognised by the Governor-in- Council.
