Kowloon, where the Headship is in the hands of a Master, the Senior Mistress on
that staff be automatically eligible for one of the Senior Posts, carrying a salary of £750, accorded to the women teachers by the Salaries Commission of 1929.
The Senior Mistress in this school has a number of responsibilities and
duties, especially in regard to the girl pupils, which the Head Master has necessarily to delegate to her, and of the total number of pupils at present in
