possible will be instituted without delay, if they are
justified.
I should perhaps add that the editor of this paper, who
is also the editor of the China Mail, may also have committed a criminal contempt of Court by commenting (adversely to the Crown) on the evidence in a case of murder which is now
being heard before the Acting Chief Justice, and will conclude
in one or two days' time. The se reports were published in
last night's issue of the China Mail. I am considering an
application to the Court today by motion in respect of the
comment referred to.
