after resolution is made by the Executive Committee,
be warned or expelled.
20. If an official of the Wui is found to have indulged in
corrupt practices or have embezzled the Wui's funds,
he shall be dealt with in addition to being expelled.

Appendix.
21. The term of office of an official is one year. He
may be re-elected, but he shall not hold office for
three terms in succession.
22. If a member is absent from the Colony for three months or over he may be exempted from paying the monthly subscriptions (for the period of his absence) provided he reports to the Wui before he leaves, but he must pay the subscription to the Funeral Fund. 23. Amendments to the Regulations may be made when
approved by a general meeting.
24. These regulations shall come into force upon their being
passed by a general meeting.
