(Debts Settlement) Decree of Zanzibar
and the bjects and Reasons, though as
the scheme depends upon the compulsory
adjudication of debts by the Court and
their taking over by Government in
certain cases at fixed rates of interest,
you may not find the precedent of very
much use.
