/ despatch No.210 of the 14th of March, 1938, and to forward for your information the accompanying copy of the Report of the Commission which I appointed to investigate the question of increases of rents.
The Report was communicated to my Executive Council, which agreed that the findings should be accepted, and has now been laid at a meeting of Legislative Council and published for
general information.
