I have to report the following serial attacks
by onemy planes, and damage sustained by the Railway on
the 8th instant between 9.50 à 10.80 hours:-
1 bomb just behind the Baat abutment of No. 38 bridge
(4-80' deck girders), s.87.20, Yam Kong.
The wing wall, left of the line, demolished. Top portion of abutment pushed out by about 18", Reils and sleepers on top of bridge blown off. A crater of about 10' deep.
*.. Gang-hut seriously damaged. Through traffic interrupted.
