PRIVILEGE OF
THE COMMITTEE took note that C. & W., in accordance with the
request made by the Colonial Office, had given the privilege of
Government rates to cables despatched from HongKong by the League
of Nations Committee for Technical Collaboration with China
(Paper No. 1038-A).
