THE SECRETARY reported that C. W., in accordance with

a request made by the Burma Office, had agreed to give the privilege of Government rates to cables despatched from Burma by the League of Nations Committee for Technical Collaboration with China, as an exceptional measure, in the event of the League of Notions Committee moving its base from HongKong to Burma (102nd Meeting, Minute XXII).
