Confidential letter of the 14th of April

about the Hong Kong Eugenics League.

We are not quite clear whether the

grant of the right to use the premises of the

"Violet Peel Health Centre" for any purpose

is vested in an unofficial body, but if this

is so, it appears to us that you could

disclaim any responsibility for any advertise-

ment issued by the Eugenics League, provided
