the Foreign Office and Service Depts., and I
think that a copy of No.19 should be sent s.o.
with reference to the official correspondence
to the Foreign Office, Service Depts. and the
Treasury.
I assume that you will try to arrange for
the interdepartmental discussion to take place
as early as possible. I take it that it will
be held in the Colonial Office and if Sir Henry
Moore is not back in time to preside, you would
yourself preside.
