the property, rights or information so acquired.

(e) To acquire, provide and maintain hangars, garages,

sheds, aerodromes and accommodation for such

aeroplanes.

(f) To sell, to supply, let on hire such planes to

flying clubs, flying training school and commercial

organization for transportation.

(g) To enter into any arrangements with any governments

or authorities, municipal, local or otherwise, that

may seen conducive to the Company's objects or any

of them, and to obtain from any such government or

authority, any rights, privileges, and concessions

which the Company may think it desirable to obtain,

and to carry out, exercise and comply with any such

arrangements, rights, privileges and concessions.

The liabilities of the members of the Company is

limited.

The capital of the Company is $5,000,000.00 (Hong Kong Currency) divided into 500,000 shares of $10.00 each.
