(4) Preventive Unit. Every preventive unit has 2 doctors,
4-6 nurses, 8-12 dressers, and 2-4 trained sanitary workers.
The doctors are appointed as unit leader and assistant unit
leader.
The function of the Preventive Unit is to carry out preventive
inoculations and sanitary work, and is capable of staffing
emergency isolation camps or hospitals.
These units may also
be ordered to assist in dressing when necessary.
