discharged and refusing or becoming incapable to act
as aforesaid and upon every or any such appointment
the number of Members may be augmented or reduced and
every Member so appointed as aforesaid may act or assist
in the execution of the Trust and powers of these
presents as fully and effectually as if he had been
originally appointed a Member.
IN WITNESS whereof the parties hereto of the first
part have hereunto set their hands and seals and the
Tung Wa Hospital have hereunto caused their Common Seal
to be affixed and two of their Directors have hereunto
set their hands the day and year first above written.
