(1) Section 6 (1) is repealed and the following
sub-section substituted therefor:-

(1) Section 4 is amended by the insertion of the words" and the husbands and wives

Section 5 (2), as amended by Ordinance No. 13 of 1937, is amended by the insertion of the words and figure "in contravention of sub-section (1) immediately after the word which "in the second line thereof.
