Section 3 (2) is amended by the repeal of the words to seize it "in the last line thereof and the substitution therefor of the words to seize such liquor ".
Section 3 is amended by renumbering sub- sections (2), (3), (4) and (5) as sub-sections (1), (2), (3) and (4) thereof.
Section 4 is repealed.

(1) Section 2 (b) is amended by the repeal of the words those words have in the second line thereof.
(2) Section 5 is repealed.
The Ordinance is repealed.

Section 4 (10) is amended by the repeal of
the words naval or military services and the substitution therefor of the words
naval, military or air services

(1) Section 5 is amended by the repeal of the words Secretary of State in the first and second lines thereof and the sub- stitution therefor of the words Keeper of Printed Books at the British Museum, London,".

(2) Section 7 is amended by the repeal of the words & copy thereof shall be sent to the Secretary of State and the sub- stitution therefor of the words four copies of the memoranda shall be sent to the Librarian at the India Office Library,
