Section 7, as amended by Ordinance No. 15 of 1927, is amended by the repeal of sub- section (3) thereof.

Section 3 is amended by the insertion of the words utters or declares immediately after the word expresses in the thir- teenth line thereof, and by the repeal of the words with or declares them in the fifteenth line thereof.
(1) The title is amended by the repeal of the words to amend the law respecting the liabilities of innkeepers and the sub- stitution therefor of the words for the relief of innkeepers ".
(2) Section 1 is amended by the repeal of the
word liability ".
(3) The following section is added immediately
after section 7:-
*8. An innkeeper shall, in addition to Innkeeper his ordinary lien, have the right absolutely to have a
