Petitioner shall have special leave to appeal in
forma pauperis from the Judgment of the Full Court
of Hong Kong dated the 15th day of October 1937 and
that the said Court may be ordered to transmit forthwith
the transcript of the proceedings and evidence in the
case in which such last mentioned Judgment was made to
the Privy Council and for such other order as to Your
Majesty may seem just and proper.
AND YOUR PETITIONER will ever pray &c.,
