Solicitors have already obtained the certified copy of the
Record from the Registrar in the Court of Hong Kong and this
has been lodged at the Privy Council ready for printing.

As this is an appeal in forma pauperis, we understand
that the Appellant will only be represented by Junior Counsel
on the hearing of the appeal, but, in view of the importance of
the case and of the points of international law which are
involved, we shall be glad if you will let us have your
instructions as to whether you wish us to instruct Leading
Subject to your opinion, we suggest that this is
Counsel.
