light of this explanation, as to whether the fixed deposits at present shown in the statement of assets and

liabilities should be removed therefrom, the course

recommended by the Accountant-General and the Auditor, or

alternatively whether the other assets held as security deposited by insurance companies should in future, so far as this may be possible, be also included.
