recollect, on a portion of King's Park and there was some discussion as to the Military Authorities' claim
to a free reversion of that area in view of the fact that the Park had originally been sar Department land which had been transferred to the Colonial Government without charge subject to certain restrictions as to user. I have not clouded the issue in my despatch to the Secretary of State by mentioning this point as it seems hardly relevant to the present discussion.
