REPORT ON ORDINANCE No. .... 22...of 1938.
1. I have examined the accompanying Ordinance intituled
an Ordinance to apply a sum not excooding twenty-
ninc million three hundred and twenty-seven
thousand two hundred and ninety-four Dollars to
the Public Service of the year 1939.
2. This Ordinance is in the usual form for
annual appropriation Ordinances.
3. I am of opinion that the Ordinance is not
contrary to the Governor's Instructions and that
it is one to which His Excellency may properly
assont in the name of His Majesty and on His behalf.
