on conversion to the new conditions in
their entirety, secure immediate and
substantial cash advantages. I shall
be glad if you will review this aspect
of the matter in the light of the
considerations advanced above, and
if you will indicate to me your final
decision as part of a comprehensive note
on the new conditions and reorganisation
of the Marine Surveyor's Office, in a
form which can be communicated to the
Board of Trade for their information.
