I am directed by Viecount Halifax to transait to
you herewith, for the inforation of the tray Council, 'OU
copies of the returns of war materials which bave passed
through Hong Kong to Canton between the 8th August, 1937
and the flat March, 1938.
2. I am to add that these returns, copies of which
have been communicated to the United States Governacnt,
have been coa lled by this department from the weekly
returns of war materials w ich have been received by the
Colonial Africe from the Governor of Hong Kong.
