The Colonial Secretary, Hong Kong, presents
his compliments to the Under Secretary of State for
the Colonies, London, and with reference to his secret
note of the 30th of June, 1938, on the subject of
returns of war materials exported to China from Hong
Kong, is directed to forward herewith six copies of
the return for the period the 19th of June, 1938, to the 2nd of July, 1938.
