When Military Organs or Units or

Administrative Orgar, have occasion to request
the issue of a ermit an application over the
signatur of the senior official in control of
the particular Organ should be submitted to the
Ministry of "ar who will issue at their
discretion.
Applications from local juridical persons,
companies or forms for the issue of permits
should be made through the highest local
administrative Lutnority, who will transmit the
application.
Article 5 (4)Military departments, and public bodies of any
kind, must when applying for permits, fill in and
submit a statement of particulars (form appended),
in order to facilitate investigation; companies
and firms, however, must, when forwarding their
statement of particulars, forward at the same time
an Application, and as a further precaution, a
Guarantee (forms appended).
