I have now heard from Professor Channon

that he will be in London and available for a

talk all the morning of Friday, Feb. 10th and

the morning of Saturday, Feb. 11th.

Would either

morning suit you and if so, what time?

I feel sure that Sir W. McLean can manage any

time convenient to you and Prof. Channon.

doubt like to see before the meeting with the two

Commissioners.

And will you phone to me to suggest a time and
