I have now heard from Professor Channon
that he will be in London and available for a
talk all the morning of Friday, Feb. 10th and
the morning of Saturday, Feb. 11th.
Would either
morning suit you and if so, what time?
I feel sure that Sir W. McLean can manage any
time convenient to you and Prof. Channon.
The H.K. University file is below. You will no
doubt like to see before the meeting with the two
Commissioners.
And will you phone to me to suggest a time and
date for my preliminary talk with you?
