MR. SIGFRIED HOOFIEN, managing direc- tor of the bank, alone, or any two of the following persons:--

LEO COHEN,
DR. HORACE FARBSTEIN, NACHUM EIGES.
The following persons shall appear jointly and severally on behalf of the bank in all matters dealt with by all Courts or Govern- ment Departments in Palestine, including the Land Registry Offices:-
DR. HORACE FARBSTEIN, advocate, AARON JACOB MOYAL, advocate,
and they are authorised to execute on behalf of the bank mortgage deeds given to the bank, transfer of mortgages, agreements concerning the modification of mortgages and all docu- ments and certificates in connection therewith.
Any one of the following persons, namely: —
DR. HORACE FARBSTEIN, advocate, AARON JACOB MOYAL, advocate,
together with any one of the following persons, namely:--
SIEGFRIED HOOFIEN,
NATHAN D. KAPLAN,
ELIYAHU LEVONTIN,
DR. ERNST LEHMAN,
LEO COHEN, NACHUM EIGES,
are authorised to make and execute mortgage discharge deeds on behalf of the bank, and to empower from time to time one or more persons to sign deeds of mortgages on behalf of the bank, to transfer, amend, and discharge same.
The notice published in the Palestine Gazette No. 280 of the 1st April, 1931, is hereby cancelled.

Assutah Ltd.
Notice is hereby given that at the first general annual meeting of the above company, held on the 28th November, 1935, it was resolved as
follows:-
The only signature of the general manager, DR. B. HIRSHOWITZ, in the name of the company shall suffice and bind the company on all docu- ments and contracts, cheques and bills to the amount of LP. 1,000 (one thousand pounds). In his place two of the following four direc- tors are authorised to sign :-
PROF. B. CHAYOTH, DR. A. CHWOINIK, PROF. Z. ROSENBAUM, DR. A. GOLDBERG.
On any cheque, bill and the like the amount of which exceeds LP. 1,000 (one thousand pounds) the signatures of two of the above five directors of the company are required.
III.
Nachlath Yeladim Be-Ramat Gan.
Notice is hereby given that the above part- nership has been dissolved as from the 10th December, 1935.
IV.
"Tricotage" Kliteinik & Sons.
Notice is hereby given that the above partner- ship, notice of which appeared in Palestine Gazette No. 311 of the 16th July, 1932, has been dissolved, and all assets and liabilities of the business have been taken over by MR. LEIB KLITEINIK.
V.
Nordag Trading Company
Dr. Rudolf Kaufman & Co.
Notice is hereby given that the above part- nership, notice of which appeared in Palestine Gazette No. 470 of the 4th October, 1934, has been dissolved as from the 1st of January, 1936.
VI.
Ernst & Hansi Platzko
Notice is hereby given that the above partner- ship, notice of which appeared in the Palestine Gazette No. 352 of the 13th April, 1933, has been dissolved as from the 31st December, 1935, and the assets and liabilities have been taken over by MR. HUGO SCHWARTZ.
VII.
Palestine and Baghdad Fish Co.
Notice is hereby given that the agreement which was signed on the 16th October, 1935, between NAJI EFF. KHUDEIRI AND SALEH EFF. YEHUDA, on one part, and MR. MAYER BEN- YEHUDA COHEN, on the other part, purporting to be a partnership agreement, is hereby can- celled by all the parties to the said agreement, and the partnership is dissolved.
