TENDERS

I.

Municipality of Nazareth.

Tenders are invited for the construction and asphalting of three streets within the Nazareth Municipal Area.

The conditions of tender are available for inspection at the Municipal Office, Nazareth, on every day between the hours of 8 a.m. and 1 p.m. Sundays excepted.

II.

Municipal Corporation of Jerusalem.

Tenders are hereby invited for the following contracts:

I. Construction of an additional cell to the refuse destructor on Nablus Road.

2. Supply of 1000 water meters of various sizes.

3. Printing required for the Water Supply Accounts Section.

Particulars in respect of item 1 may be ob- tained from the City Engineer's Department and items 2 and 3 from the Jerusalem Water Supply Department.

Applications in sealed envelopes should reach the Municipality betwen the hours of 11. n. and 12 noon on Wednesday, the 12th February, 1936.

Deposits in respect of item 1 must be paid in cash or by a certified cheque to the Muni- cipal Treasurer prior to submission of tenders.

The Municipal Corporation of Jerusalem do not bind themselves to accept the lowest or any tender.

Municipality of Hebron.

Tenders are invited for the construction of a slaughterhouse in Hebron.

Plans and specifications may, with the ex- ception of Fridays, be inspected daily between the hours of 8 a.m. and 1 p.m. as from the 20th January, 1936, to the 25th February, 1936.

IV.

Department of Health.

Tenders are invited for the supply of food stuffs to Government Hospitals Jerusalem, Bethlehem, Haifa, Jaffa, Safad, Nablus, Ram le and Beersheba for the period of 12 months

1st April. 1936 to 31st March, 1937.

2. Tenders may be submitted for one or more hospitals and quotations may be given for each hospital separately or for all hos- pitals collectively.

3. Tender should be submitted in sealed envelopes marked "Tenders for Hospital Diets, addressed to Director of Medical Ser- vices, and should reach the office of the De- partment of Health, Jaffa Road, Jerusalem, not later than 9 a. m. on Monday, the 17th February, 1936.

4. Tender forms and detailed requirements can be obtained on application to the Store- keeper, Medical Stores, Russian Buildings, Jerusalem.

5. The Director of Medical Services does not bind himself to accept the lowest or any tender.

ADJUDICATION OF CONTRACTS.

1. The contract for erecting married quarters, office and store buildings, latrines and addi- tion to Animal Quarantine Station, Beersheba. has been awarded to MR. HUSNI EL HILOV Of Jerusalem at 19% below P.W.D. estimate rates. Period of contract is 3 months.

2. The contract for asphalting sections from Km.25 to Km. 33.500 and from Km. 37 to Km. 38 of the Rehovot Guza road has been awarded to MR. MUSBAH HABUB of Ramle at 3 mils per

4. The contract for supplying woodwork to the Married Quarters for Immigration Officers at Ras en Naqura has been awarded to MR.

A. WEISS of Haifa at LP. 82.900 mils. Period of contract is 1 calendar month.

5. The contract for carrying out alterations to the drainage system at Bethlehem Hospi- tals Nos 1 and 2 has been awarded to MR. DAHUD ABDALLAH of Jerusalem at 16% below P.W.D. estimate rates. Period of contract is

3 weeks.

6. The contract for the supply of winter uni- forms for messenger-boys and tax-collectors in the Northern District has been awarded as follows:-

Therefore, by virtue of the power contained in section 132 of the Companies Ordinance, 1929, we order and it is hereby ordered as follows:
